The scheduled date is 10/20th. Any ZHS students will need to be taken by their parent to WES (Woodland Elementary School) for the exam on that date. Applications need to be completed via their Online Portal. Paper consents are only offered on a case by case basis but must be submitted through the Program Coordinator.

Covid
Parents will notify school staff if their child(ren) test positive for COVID –19. Parent will no longer need to provide the school a copy of the test results. Student will be marked excused for the duration of the student’s isolation period. Isolation period is 5 days from onset of symptoms or date of test is asymptomatic.
- Student may return to school earlier than 5 days if one of the following conditions have been met: Student must be fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever reducing medication and symptoms have improved.
AND one of the following:
- Negative FDA approved Covid – 19 test
OR
- Doctor’s note allowing student to return to school prior to end of isolation (No longer need alternative diagnosis)
Infectious Diseases – including Covid
