Parents will notify school staff if their child(ren) test positive for COVID –19. Parent will no longer need to provide the school a copy of the test results. Student will be marked excused for the duration of the student’s isolation period. Isolation period is 5 days from onset of symptoms or date of test is asymptomatic.

  1. Student may return to school earlier than 5 days if one of the following conditions have been met:  Student must be fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever reducing medication and symptoms have improved.
          AND one of the following:
  2. Negative FDA approved Covid – 19 test
  3. Doctor’s note allowing student to return to school prior to end of isolation (No longer need alternative diagnosis)

Students and/or parents/guardians are expected to monitor their child daily for signs of infectious diseases, including COVID-19, influenza, respiratory viruses, and gastrointestinal infections, before attending school.
